The old olive mill of the Franzeskaki family is a building built in 1846 with the special Venetian architecture with the arches. Olive oil was produced there with millstones which have survived to this day. An atmospheric and imposing building in the heart of the old neighborhood of Vamos. Nowadays it hosts traditional cooking classes and various other activities.
